The DGM09 series magnet drive gear pumps derive from the well established mag drive MG200 series. Built to handle clean water and relatively viscous fluids at low
pressure, the DGM09 series pump-motor unit has low pulsation and is capable of handling fluids at a maximum temperature of 95 ¡C (203 F). The pump housing and the gears are made of Vectra. Seals are available in NBR, EPDM or VITON¨.
The seal less design is guarantee of reliability. Suction/discharge ports are 8 mm barbed end.

The DGD09 series direct drive gear pumps derive from the well established mag drive MG200 series.
Built to handle clean water and relatively viscous fluids at low pressure, the DGD09 series pump-motor unit has low pulsation and is capable of handling fluids at a maximum temperature of 70 ¡C (158 F). The extreme compactness of its design makes it the preferred choice where space is limited. Suction/discharge ports are 8 mm barbed end.

The MK series pumps are designed to complete the existing MG series with improved performances in terms of flow rate, pressure, capability to handle high viscosity fluids and a wider offer of materials to suit most applications, from the food to the industrial and chemical markets. The housing of the pump and the internal metal parts are available in AISI 303, AISI 316L or SAF 2205. The rare earths driving magnet is capable to drive the pump at high pressure.
The quality of the materials of the assembled components allows handling of fluids with temperatures up to 120 ¡C (248 F). The coupling with the MKCS08S-MKCS11S units designed for heavy duty, provides a reliable and noiseless operation in a compact size package. The pole-to-pole alignment of the two magnets provides the driving motion to the pump.
Decoupling will occur when the pumpload exceeds the maximum coupling torque provided by the alignment of the two magnets.

The compact precision performance pumps MG or PG series are designed to fit high technology applications. The magnet drive principle provides a totally sealed pump chamber which is capable of handling a wide range of corrosive fluids with a high degree of safety. The pump housing is available in AISI 303, AISI 316L, SAF 2205 or PPS. In operation the MG or PG series pumps are noiseless, pulsation-free and capable of handling relatively high temperature liquids up to 120 ¡C (248 F).
The coupling with the MGCF03S, MGCF07S and MGCF28S units designed for heavy duty, provides a reliable and noiseless operation in a compact size package.
The pole-to-pole alignment of the two magnets provides the driving motion to the pump. Decoupling will occur when the pump load exceeds the maximum coupling torque provided by the alignment of the two magnets.

The Fluid-o-Tech¨ FG100 series, born from the long experience in mag drive external gear pumps, provides a smart and compact unit which finds easily its location in most machines.
The pump housing is in stainless steel and the non-metallic parts have been selected to comply with the most strict sanitary requirements. The electromagnetic drive delivers a smooth transmission of the rotation, little or no noise and a leak free unit, while the integrated electronic allows for the 24V brushless DC heart of the FG100 to be controlled directly from the logic of the machine. The FG100 series combines the external gear pump technology taken to its perfection and a brushless DC motor in a rotor less configuration. This ensures a top performance with an exceptionally long service life.

The Fluid-o-Tech¨ FG series combines a 24V brushless DC drive motor in a rotor-less configuration with a high precision mag drive MG or PG series gear pump to deliver a high end system capable of handling fluids in the most demanding applications. The service life of the unit, due to fewer moving parts and to the excellent balance of the system, is greatly extended compared to the traditional pump-motor units. The integration of the pump, motor and variable speed controller provides an electromagnetically coupled, leak free fluidic system with a high degree of versatility. The extreme accuracy of the design and of the finishing allows the unit to deliver a smooth and pulsation free flow in all conditions. Different materials are available for a wide array of fluids.

There are applications where the liquids involved are very difficult to handle and working solutions are hard to find and require a great financial investment. The PG300 series is Fluid-o-TechÕs reply to such requirements. Made to give the same high level of performance as the MG300 series, the PG300 series pumps are built in a special grade of PPS to offer the greatest versatility and quality of material while allowing for exceptional mechanical characteristics. The gears are available in Peek and PTFE. The elastomers are available in a comprehensive range of materials to allow usage in the widest variety of applications. The PG300 series offers mag drive coupling with ferrite or rare earths magnets.

The pumpÕs housing and the internal metal parts are available in AISI 303, AISI 316L or SAF 2205.
The gears are available in PeekTM, Ceramic PeekTM or PTFETM. The driving magnet and the quality of the materials of the assembled components allows handling of fluids with temperatures up to 120 ¡C (248 F). The low noise and pulsation is the result of precision gears accurately assembled and balanced within the housing combined with the magnetic coupling wich grants the perfect alignment.

The Sanitary design makes this pump series the preferred candidate for use in medical applications where trouble-free products are needed.

The MG300 series magnet drive gear pumps are compact precision performance pumps for a wide range of specialized applications. Thanks to the improved design, the MG300 series grant a more accurate and uniform delivery regardless of the fluid temperature.
The seal less design with the magnetic transmission of the rotation is guarantee of a leak proof product. Static seals are available in PTFETM / NBR / VITON¨/ EPDM / SILICON, in order to guarantee the highest chemical compatibility with a wide range of fluids.
The housing of the pump and the internal metal parts are in AISI 316 L stainless steel while gears and bushings are available in PeekTM, Ceramic PeekTM or PTFETM.
In operation the MG300 series pumps are noiseless, pulsation-free and capable of handling relatively high temperature liquids (up to 120 ¡C or 248 ¡F) with low coefficient of expansion. Operation at different pressures ranges is possible thanks to a choice of materials for the magnets.
